We run a full care service for your chalet/apartment whilst you are away from the resort. A staff member can regularly check your chalet/apartment and forward any post to your address.

We can provide a full cleaning service on your departure, and prepare the chalet ready for your return. Laundry can be collected and returned.

A welcome pack can be made available for your arrival. Packs can be made to your requirements. Cost is dependent upon requirements.

Minor maintenance can be completed by a staff member, who can also arrange for the local services to be called if required.

Snow clearing can be arranged prior to your visit and during your stay as required.

All services will be charged at an hourly rate of Chf 35.00.
